Yoga has is a many wonderful benefits, take advantages of a small class that can accommodate most everyone whether you are looking to get fit, decrease stress, increase flexibility and tone or just try something new.
Our classes will go through a variety of poses and movement which releases lactic acid which builds up in the muscles and can cause stiffness, tension, pain and fatigue. No matter your level of yoga, you most likely will see benefits in a very short period of time.

How does it work?
"Vinyasa Flow Yoga" is about the flow of "Breath to Movement". We will go through a sequence of postures. Once we have the postures we will add "Breath to Movement". We will also have "Restorative" times. This is a resting posture where we get to "Restore" our bodies.
The Details
- Who can sign up? ANYONE! Yoga has MANY modifications to various poses that can be adapted to anyone. Please talk with me about any concerns. I encourage both students who have experience and those who have no experience with yoga to sign up.
- What does it cost? $10 per class or purchase 4 classes for $32
- When is it? Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.
- How do I sign up? Just come in or call 303-655-8699
- What do I bring? A yoga mat, water bottle and remember to wear comfortable clothing. (We have Yoga mats if needed)
- How do I pay? You can pay by credit card, cash or check.
