Becoming a Patient
Welcome to Kinetacare! We look forward to providing you with solutions to your pain, injury or weakness. Now that you have scheduled your appointment we encourage you to read the information below and let us know if you have any questions regarding our recommendations and policies.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Your initial appointment will be approximately 1 hour long and will typically include a full evaluation and some treatment depending on the complexity of your condition. Visits after your initial visit will be approximately 30-45 minutes. For more information about the services we provide, proceed to our treatments page.
DIRECTIONS: From I-25 take to Hwy 7 East. Follow Hwy 7 east for 7 miles into Brighton (You will go through two round-abouts, continue east). Hwy 7 will turn into Bridge Street, continue east. We are on the Southwest corner of 27th and Bridge st. You will see a pizza hut and Valley Bank on your right side. We are located in the strip-mall on the corner behind the bank.
WHAT TO WEAR: We recommend that you wear clothing that will make access to the area of the body in which your condition is located. Shorts and tank tops usually work well. We do have gowns if needed.
PAPERWORK: You can either print your paperwork from our website ahead of time (go to the main menu, click on "Resources", then click on "Patient Forms" and follow the directions on what to print and fill out. You can also come in at least 15 minutes early to fill the paperwork out at the clinic. This will provide you ample time to fill out the paperwork as well as have your questions addressed.
COST: If you are using your private health insurance, cost can vary significantly based on your plan. As a courtesy, our office will do it's best to verify your benefits and give you an estimate on what the cost may be. We highly recommend that you contact your insurance as well so that you are fully aware of your coverage as you are ultimately responsible for the cost of your care.
If you are paying out of pocket, the price will vary based on the severity of your condition and your rehabilitation needs. We do offer a discounted price for cash paying clients as well packages that will provide a significant savings. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
PAYMENT: Most insurance plans require the patient to pay a co-pay, co-insurance, and or a deductible. If your plan requires you to pay such, we collect payment at the time of service. We do not bill for co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles. If you have a deductible you will be required to pay for that date of service at the time of service. We do verify your insurance coverage prior to your initial appointment, however we STRONGLY SUGGEST that you call your insurance to verify coverage as well, there are times when we receive incorrect information. It is your responsibility to pay for your services if your insurance does not. If you are experiencing financial hardships we do have options to assist you with payment for your services, just ask.
LATE/ CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cannot make your reserved appointment we request at least 24 hours notice so that we may have ample time to schedule another patient at that time. This is a policy for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late there is a chance we will have to reschedule your appointment. We will respect your time and ask that you do the same for us. It is very rare that you would have to wait more than 5-10 minutes past your appointment time.
EARLY: If you print out your paperwork from the website please arrive at least 5 minutes early so that we can copy your insurance card, driver's license and ensure all paperwork has been filled out properly. If you did not print your paperwork ahead of time, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.
If you have any other questions, please call (303) 655-8699. We looking forward to serving your healthcare needs.
