Position: Licensed Physical Therapist

We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with a positive attitude that understands the requirements and demands of working in a private practice. Expectations include excellence in care and customer service and understands the and has the commitment to the practice and it's customers/patients. Ultimate candidate is a team player with all of our staff including massage therapists, PTAs, Acupuncturist, personal trainer, etc. Must be a leader that can independently manage patient care, documentation requirements and all other required administrative tasks.  Clinical skills need to include a strong manual background, willingness to continue to learn through other staff and continuing education courses, the ability to treat a large range of patients including; chronic pain, orthopedic conditions, headache and neck, and if not already trained in dry needling willing to do so.

Job Requirements:

o Position will start as part-time with the possibility of full-time.  Currently a part-time schedule can be supported.

o Hours are negotiable but Monday, Wednesday Friday is ideal. Must fit well regarding clinic coverage and 1-Saturday per month is required.

o Some marketing required. (Physician lunches, marketing events, creation of marketing materials, etc.)

o Specialize in manual therapy as clinic specializes in chronic pain and orthopedic conditions.

o Would like a minimum of 1-2 years experience.

Job Benefits:

o Medical & Dental Benefits: For full time basis and after 3 months of employment.

o Vacation: 2 weeks for full time, after 90 day probation period.
